1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ImgPrime ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Prohibited Content

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against illegal and harmful content. You strictly agree NOT to upload, host, or share:

  • Adult Content: Pornography, sexually explicit material, or any content depicting sexual acts.
  • Violence & Gore: Content depicting excessive violence, rape, torture, self-harm, or animal cruelty.
  • Illegal Material: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), non-consensual sexual content (revenge porn), or content promoting terrorism or illegal acts.
  • Copyright Infringement: Material you do not own or have the rights to distribute.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination, permanent ban, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

3. Storage & Retention Policy

Free Accounts

Images uploaded by free/guest users are subject to an inactivity policy. Images that receive no views for 30 consecutive days will be automatically permanently deleted to conserve server resources.

Premium Accounts

Premium plans include unlimited bandwidth and permanent image retention (no inactivity deletion). Storage capacity is determined by the specific quota of your purchased plan. If a subscription expires or fails to renew:

  • You are granted a 7-day grace period to renew your payment.
  • After this grace period, your account will revert to Free status, and images may be subject to the 30-day inactivity deletion policy.

4. Payments & Refunds

ImgPrime offers a comprehensive Free tier that allows you to test all core functionality of the service before purchasing.

  • No Refunds: All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused service.
  • No Trials: Since our Free tier serves as an unlimited-time trial, we do not offer separate trial periods for Premium plans.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your Premium benefits will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrades

When upgrading to a higher plan, you will be charged a prorated amount based on the remaining days in your current billing cycle. The new plan benefits take effect immediately upon successful payment. You may pay using PayPal or cryptocurrency.

Downgrades

Downgrades are scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits are provided for the remaining time on your current plan. Before downgrading, you must ensure your storage usage is within the limits of the new plan-if your current usage exceeds the new plan's quota, the downgrade cannot be processed.

Billing Cycles

We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual billing cycles. Longer billing cycles include discounts. When changing plans, proration is calculated based on days remaining in your current cycle.

6. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal: Secure payments via PayPal account or linked cards.
  • Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and other cryptocurrencies via Plisio. Crypto payments are processed at the current exchange rate and are non-reversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

All prices are displayed in USD. For cryptocurrency payments, the final amount depends on the selected coin and current exchange rates at the time of payment.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from the use of our platform. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of important content.
